- To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of damage or alteration.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.
- Refunds are not available for items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Parcel opening video is must without parcel opening video no any complaint consider like missing item, size issues, damage, colour change etc....parcel opening video is compulsory
How to Request a Refund:

Refund Process:
Once your refund request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) to us. Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged and shipped back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 2 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

The cost of return shipping for eligible refund requests is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
