Exchange Policy:

You have to raise an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is an exchange option available and we will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.
Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. Please note The Women's Fashion mart will arrange for the pick up from your door step
Exchange is not possible if the saree has fall and edging done to it
Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized
for you.
If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another
product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.
If you want to exchange your product with another product of
lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be given in the form of credit note.
Return or exchange of the exchanged product is not possible.
No discount will be given on exchange orders.
Parcel opening video is must without parcel opening video no any complaint consider like missing item, size issues, damage, color change etc....parcel opening video is compulsory
