Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, here is how returns work.

Return window

You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To start a return, email us at womenfaishonmart@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please contact us before sending anything back — items sent without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Condition of items

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at womenfaishonmart@gmail.com. We may ask you for photos or a short unboxing video so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Return shipping and address

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, including freight charges and any customs duty on international returns. Approved returns are to be sent to: 417 Shayona Plaza, Puna BRTS, Vesu Canal Road, Surat, Gujarat, India.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, our team inspects it and we let you know whether the refund has been approved. If it is approved, we refund the price of the products to your original payment method within 10 business days. A 5% restocking fee and a 5% payment transaction fee may be deducted from the refunded amount. Please allow extra time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at womenfaishonmart@gmail.com.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Where the payment was taken through PayPal, 5% is deducted from the refund to cover transaction fees. Once an item has entered the customization process it can no longer be cancelled.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you received and place a new order once the return is approved. We are not able to offer exchanges on international orders.

Non-returnable items

Sale items, gift cards, personalised or customised items and personal care products cannot be returned.

International orders

International orders are dispatched 10 to 15 working days after the order is placed, plus 4 to 5 additional working days where customization is added, so estimated delivery is 15 to 20 working days. Return freight and any customs duty are borne by the customer.

Customers in the European Union

If you are shopping from the European Union you may have additional cancellation rights under EU consumer law, which we honour in addition to the policy above.
